A warm invitation is extended to all those living within the county or nearby, who have an interest in beekeeping, to become members of the Association.
The Northamptonshire Beekeepers' Association (NBKA), founded in 1882, to serve the needs of beekeepers in the county, was granted UK registered charity status in 1987 with the object of advancing the education of the public in Apiculture in the County of Northamptonshire.
Beekeeping provides a never ending source of enjoyment and interest to the increasing
number of people, of all ages and gender -
The Association is a member of the British Beekeepers Association (BBKA) and the Midland & South Western Counties Convention of Beekeepers (MSWCC).
Guest visits to meetings are encouraged and the events calendar will be of interest.
