Name:  Wutan Kung Fu, Kick Boxing and Tai Chi
Description:  Gain self defence skills, fitness, confidence and improve your health.
Classes for Under 16's are from 6pm-7pm every Tuesday. The first 16 weeks are free and it's £1 per session after that.
For over 16's classes start with Kung Fu at 7pm, Kick Boxing at 8pm and end with Tai Chi at 9pm. Come to all three classes at a cost of £10 or it's £3.50 per individual class.
They're suitable for complete beginners or more advanced students.
The teacher is an expert in his field. The classes are all friendly and supportive.
Wutan uses chi energy. The lineage has been established since 1977.
The teacher has been undefeated in competitions in the last 3 years.
The classes are held every Tuesday from 6pm to 10pm at the Counties Community Association, Hertford Road, Kettering.
The workshops have been set up by the teacher, Sean Bromfield, supported by the charity VAN - Volunteer Action Northamptonshire. This charity has been set up to empower young people to realise their potential and encourage them to own their future so they can dynamically affect their lives. This is done using a 3 stage process. We engage young people through workshops to give them something to do that appeals to them, we recruit young people to participate in projects and mentor more young people to lead in the creation of these projects and workshops.
We also support other charities by arranging volunteering placements for young people seeking voluntary activity.
