Located just off the village green in the small, quiet Northamptonshire village of Hinton-in-the-hedges, 'Two Hoots' is only 5 minutes from the Market town of Brackley and convenient for Silverstone, M1 access, Northampton, Milton Keynes and Oxford.

The traditional, stone built property offers accommodation in a double en-suite bedroom and a twin room and single room with shared bathroom facilities.All rooms are centrally heated with TV/video.

Guests have the use of a separate lounge, available at all times.

Off-road parking is provided with garaging also available. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in all bedrooms.

The property is non-smoking. We regret that we are unable to accept pets and do not have disabled facilites.

Guests are free to use the garden and, when weather permits, breakfast and other meals can be taken on the patio area.

Full english breakfast is served in the mornings, or a lighter breakfast if preferred.

Within easy walking distance, there is a charming country pub serving excellent food and traditional ales.
